  • IP Anonymization: Your IP address is anonymized (truncated) before being stored, so it can no longer be used to identify you individually. Only the anonymized IP is saved on our server together with your message.
  • Storage: Submitted form data, including the anonymized IP address, is stored on our server for the purpose of processing your request and maintaining a record of correspondence.
  • Legal Basis: Processing is based on your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR), given by submitting the form, and/or on our legitimate interest (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR) in responding to inquiries and safeguarding the site against misuse.
  • Spam Protection – Cloudflare Turnstile: To protect the contact form from spam and automated abuse, we use Cloudflare Turnstile, a service provided by Cloudflare, Inc. Turnstile analyzes certain technical signals from your browser (such as IP address, browser and device characteristics, and interaction data) to verify that the form is being submitted by a human rather than a bot, without displaying a traditional CAPTCHA. This processing may involve a transfer of data to Cloudflare, Inc., which may include transfers to countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA), including the United States. Cloudflare provides appropriate safeguards for such transfers, in particular the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs). The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR) in protecting the website from spam, abuse, and security threats. 4. Use of Cookies

This website uses only Technical Cookies. Specifically:

Data Transfer Details:

  • The servers are physically located in Germany (European Union).
  • The provider ensures high security standards in compliance with the GDPR. No data is transferred to countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA), with the exception of the Cloudflare Turnstile spam-protection service described in Section 3, which may involve a transfer to the United States under EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
